LOL. I better start working harder! I’m certainly losing in the mid-section category …
It’s because the 50 year / 50,000 mile warranty’s up. For me, it was time for tri-focals, root canals, diverticulitis, minor neurological problems… but not the “organ recital” … yet! Oy.
One thing that has come freely is a sense of appreciation and wonder. Even for those of us enjoying good health it is clear that things could go downhill at any time, and so the enjoyment of what we do have is always present. This is a gift.
